Interpretation and Definitions
- Company refers to I Y Enterprise.
- Service refers to document attestation, apostille, legalization, and related documentation services.
- You / Client means the individual, organization, or entity availing our services.
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of a service subject to the following conditions:

- Before Process Initiation:
Cancellation requests may be accepted if the process has not been initiated. - After Process Initiation:
Once documents are submitted to any authority (including but not limited to HRD, MEA, Embassy, Consulate, Notary, or other departments), cancellation will not be possible under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is strictly dependent on the stage of service:
- Before Process Initiation:
Partial or full refund may be provided after deduction of administrative, consultation, and service charges. - After Process Initiation:
No refund will be applicable once the process has started.
Important Notes:
- Government fees, embassy charges, courier charges, and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Any delay caused by government authorities, embassies, or external agencies is beyond our control and shall not qualify for refund.
- I Y Enterprise does not guarantee processing timelines, approvals, or completion of services.
Service Limitations
I Y Enterprise acts strictly as a facilitator/intermediary between the client and government/third-party authorities.
- We do not influence decision-making of any authority.
- We do not guarantee approval, acceptance, or completion of any document.
- Processing timelines are indicative and subject to change.
Client Responsibility
By availing our services, the client expressly agrees and confirms that:
- All submitted documents are genuine, authentic, and legally valid.
- Documents are submitted with full consent of the rightful owner.
- The client accepts full legal responsibility for any misrepresentation, fraud, or incorrect documentation.
Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Y Enterprise shall not be held liable for:
- Rejection, delay, or objection raised by any authority
- Any fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation in submitted documents
- Loss, damage, or delay caused by courier partners or third-party agencies
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fees paid to I Y Enterprise.
Force Majeure
I Y Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Government actions or policy changes
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disruptions
- Technical failures or system outages
